Funds

All Contributions will be gratefully accepted and credited to the Endowment Fund of the Orchestra. They will be used towards achieving the Objectives of the Orchestra, which are:
(a) The Public Performance and Documentation of Music
(b) The Training of Musicians in the performance and appreciation of music.
(c) The undertaking of activities conducive to, incidental to or necessary for the achievement of the above objectives.

There are other Funds established for specific purposes. They are:
(1) The Piano and Instrument Fund
(2) The Training Programme Fund
(3) The Library Fund
(4) The International Guest Conductors and Performers Fund
Donors are welcome to contribute to any of the above funds.

Concerts of the SOSL attract a large audience of the music-loving public, in Colombo and its suburbs. We encourage outstation schools to attend our concerts in SOSL Outreach programmes.

Advertising in the Concert Programme, or sponsoring a concert will receive wide publicity in the newspapers, TV and Radio.
